• Retention: All check-in photos are permanently deleted from our servers after 60 days.

3. Location Data

Our application requests access to your location data exclusively at the exact moment you perform a check-in.

• Collection and Use: We collect your GPS location only once per check-in to verify that you are physically present at the designated workplace. We do not track your location in the background.
• Sharing and Storage: Location data is securely stored on our servers as part of your check-in log. It is never shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.
• Retention: Location logs are permanently deleted from our servers after 60 days, alongside the check-in photos.
